Home Remedies to reduce Stretch Marks
Stretch marks look like lines or streaks across the skin. They can be pink, red, purple or brown, depending on your skin colour.

A stretch mark is a type of scar that develops when our skin stretches or shrinks quickly. They are common in pregnancy, usually appear on your tummy or sometimes on your upper thighs and breasts as your pregnancy progresses and your bump starts to grow.


Many products promise to get rid of stretch marks but fail to live up to the hype. Stretch marks fade and become less noticeable over time but they don't disappear.

Here are few home remedies to treat stretch marks :- 


If you are still pregnant then massage your belly with warm olive oil everyday.

Take 1 glass of coconut oil and 1 glass of aloevera gel and 4-5 drops of lemon oil, all together boil it until burnt brown golden colour, filter it and massage the belly part down to up. Use this oil everyday or alternate day to see  the desired results.

1 tablespoon Shea butter, 2 tablespoon Coconut oil, 2 VItamin E capsule using a double boiler method melt it well. Blend it well for 5 mins to dissolve particles. Transfer in a container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Take a small amount and apply on affected area.
