  • Office timings should be strictly followed from top boss to the junior most employee. Everyone's time is important.
  • A person who is regularly staying late at office doesn't mean he/she is hardworking. Instead it means you are not efficient enough to complete your work in the stipulated time.
  • We should greet everyone whenever we meet anyone in office or outside office.
  • When someone asks for leave, just give it. He/she will be more motivated to work for the organisation.
  • Do what you preach. Your actions should complement your statements/stand on certain aspect.
  • You should be unbiased and avoid favouritism. Your actions should not favour any particular individual.
  • Timely pay your employees.

These are just a few, you can devise your own methods to keep your employees happy at the end of the day.
