It's very important to have a positive environment at your workplace to have a motivated force which works together for your company goals. Here are a few advices that you should follow -

• Office timings should be strictly followed from top boss to the junior most employee. Everyone's time is important.
• A person who is regularly staying late at office doesn't mean he/she is hardworking. Instead it means you are not efficient enough to complete your work in the stipulated time.
• We should greet everyone whenever we meet anyone in office or outside office.
• When someone asks for leave, just give it. He/she will be more motivated to work for the organisation.
• Do what you preach. Your actions should complement your statements/stand on certain aspect.
• You should be unbiased and avoid favouritism. Your actions should not favour any particular individual.
• Timely pay your employees.
